Affinity Educational Strategies, LLC is an educational consulting firm led by a Certified Prevention Consultant with a deep specialization in student and educator Social-Emotional Learning (SEL).

Our mission is to strengthen school communities through evidence-based practices that support mental wellness for educators and students, positive behavior interventions and supports (PBIS), restorative practices, and trauma-informed care.

At Affinity, our approach to empowering educators to embody trauma- informed classrooms is centered around the Four R’s Framework of Trauma-Informed Care: Realize, Recognize, Respond, Resist Re-Traumatization
